Recurring questions about offers, prices and available dates take time – in the charter industry especially during the season. In the pilot project, we set up the assistant for your company and support its use personally.
From your own knowledge
It is based on your documents, such as price lists, availability, terms and conditions and frequently asked questions – not the general internet.
A human approves
If the assistant is uncertain or the case is sensitive, the enquiry goes to you or your team instead of the assistant guessing.

Review
We check whether your enquiries suit the assistant – for example, many similar enquiries by e-mail for which there are documents such as price lists or offers.

If it is a good fit, we show you the assistant in a live demo with examples from your day-to-day business.

Pilot agreement
You then receive a written agreement: 30 days free of charge, with the scope of the set-up defined. You decide in your own time.
Personal handling takes place during our business hours on Saturdays from 8 am to 4 pm. We do not commit to fixed response times.

Frequently asked questions
What does participation cost?
The 30-day pilot phase is free of charge for the selected pilot partner. We agree on the scope of the set-up in writing in advance.
Is the application binding?
No. By applying, you express your interest. Participation only comes about once you accept the pilot agreement.
Does the assistant answer without oversight?
No. Before sending, replies are checked against their source. In cases of uncertainty or sensitive cases, the enquiry goes to a human. We decide together with you how much is sent automatically.
How does the assistant know what to answer?
Exclusively from your own knowledge base, i.e. from the documents you give us. If a piece of information is missing, it hands over to a human.
Where is our data stored?
The assistant is self-hosted, on your own infrastructure or on a server in Switzerland, rather than in a third-party cloud. We decide together where your data is stored.
Do we have to change our software?
No. The assistant fits into your existing e-mail inbox. Further connections, for example to a booking calendar, are clarified on a case-by-case basis.
Will our customers know that an AI is replying?
We recommend transparency: the use of AI is disclosed. We decide together how this looks in your replies.
In which languages does the assistant reply?
The assistant can work in several languages, for example German, French, Italian and English. We tailor the exact languages to your business.
What happens after the pilot phase?
The pilot phase ends after 30 days – with no automatic contract renewal and no obligation to buy. If you would like to continue using the assistant afterwards, we will discuss this separately.
